These 1:1 coaching sessions are for you if you have been feeling depleted, disconnected from yourself or like you are going through the motions in life. Maybe you long to live a life that feels more aligned, restorative and fulfilling but aren't sure where to begin.
Through embodiment, deep self-care, and nervous system healing, we’ll work together to help you restore your energy levels, become your most vibrant self and feel at home in yourself and your daily life.

Heal and Rise
If you have been diagnosed with CFS, burnout or other chronic symptoms, these mind-body coaching sessions will help you to regulate your nervous system, cultivate a sense of safety in your body and reconnect with your intuition on your healing journey.
Using gentle mind-body tools and 1:1 coaching, we’ll work together to help you understand your body's needs, reduce overwhelm and take gentle and nurturing steps forward on the path to healing.
