EFT (tapping) Sessions

A gentle way to release what your body has been holding,
and create safety from the inside out.

Do you ever feel like certain fears, emotions, or patterns keep looping? As IF you know where These triggers come from…but your body still reacts the same way.

Maybe you feel stuck in cycles of anxiety, self-doubt, overthinking, or overwhelm.

Maybe your body flares with symptoms when you’re triggered or stressed.

Maybe there are old beliefs quietly running underneath everything such as —
“I can't do this.”
“I have to push through.”
“I'm not good enough.”

I understand how frustrating it can feel. To be aware of the blocks that are holding you back, but not knowing how to overcome them or move forward.

This is where EFT tapping can be incredibly helpful, as it helps you to overcome difficult emotions and limiting beliefs.

What is EFT?

EFT (often called tapping), is a gentle nervous system-based practice that combines mindful attention with tapping on specific acupressure points on the body.

It helps you to process and release emotional stress and energy that may be stored or stuck in the body.

we work with what is present in your body right now and gently acknowledge what you’re feeling, while tapping to send signals of safety to your system.

Over time, the emotional intensity softens, your neural pathways start to rewire and your beliefs start to change.

The Subconscious mind is reprogrammed and your body begins to feel safer.

How EFT Sessions feel

My approach to EFT is slow, intuitive, and somatic.

We are not trying to “fix” you or force change - we are creating safety.

In our sessions, you will be guided to:

• Gently work with anxiety, fear, or overwhelm without becoming flooded
• Soften the emotional intensity around past experiences
• Release pressure and self-criticism
• Feel safer moving toward new goals in your life
• Work with symptoms that may be linked to stress and nervous system activation
• Let go of long-held beliefs that no longer serve you

We move at the pace your nervous system needs.

There is always space to pause, breathe and check in along the way.

EFT can be supportive for:

• Chronic stress and nervous system dysregulation
• Chronic illness and symptom-related fear
• Anxiety and overthinking
• Emotional overwhelm
• Limiting beliefs and self-doubt

• Fear around taking new steps in life or business
• Patterns of over-doing, perfectionism and pushing

After working together, you may notice:

Emotions feel less overwhelming and more manageable

Your body feels calmer and more regulated

Triggers have less charge

You feel more confident taking gentle steps forward

Old beliefs soften and lose their grip

You feel more compassionate towards yourself

Sometimes shifts happen quickly and Sometimes they unfold gently over time. There is no pressure for it to look a certain way.

What matters is that your body begins to feel safer.

If you’re longing for a way to work with what feels stuck,
EFT can be a beautiful, supportive place to begin.

I would love to hold that space for you.

A space where we gently tap into safety, release what’s been held,
and allow your system to soften in its own time.
